Scott has spent his career in organizational operations, development, and advancement, while always focusing on relationship building. He had been serving on the SCRJ (now RRJ) Board when this opportunity arose. The timing, the mission, and the needs of RRJ fit his personal and professional interests and expertise, as well as his schedule. Scott continues to serve in the capacity of Director of Operations for The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee. He is a Past President and current executive board member of Congregation Micah in Brentwood, Tennessee and a former member of the Cincinnati Board of Overseers for Hebrew Union College - Jewish Institute of Religion.
Outside of work, you can find Scott spending time with his wife Anna-Gene, friends, and his two standard poodles, and following his cattle breeding daughter's and opera singing son's exploits.
